Point Sebago Resort - Casco Maine

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Measures ingredient and prepares food in\ accordance to food service standards.
• follows daily prep list as stated from kitchen manager
• Portions the food according to daily events and needs
• Carefully supervises the food temperature and the temperature from cooling rooms , to ensure the ingredients kept are at the appropriate temperature.
• Insures proper supply level for work areas
• Properly operates kitchen equipment following all safety protocol at all times
• Supports and follows Cove Communities and Point Sebago policies at all times
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills.
• Serve safe certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to function well in a high pace, sometimes high stress environment.
• Comfortable effectively communicating with all levels of guests and staff.
